1. Please provide us with your biography?
I'm Sachin Kumar, the founder of Cignus Web Services. Cignus Web Services is an SEO company known offering ethical SEO, SEM services, PPC management, link building and full time SEO professionals.

“I was born and brought up in New Delhi, India. I graduated in B.C.A. from the IGNOU at Delhi in 2004. After that, I decided to pursue my own path and chose a career that is different from family business. I worked in many companies that I now compete with to gain rich entrepreneurial experience.”
2. Tell us about your background and your role in the company?
In 2005, I founded Cignus Web and started offering data processing and data mining services. In a short span, we extend our services to web design and development arena. In the year 2007, we added SEO services to our kitty.
By providing professional services, we managed to hold our clients and some of our clients are with us for over 2 years. I agree that it was very challenging to hold clients in this industry but I appreciate my team for this. For the last 2 years, I am taking care of training and managing our SEO division.

Cignus Web Services began its operations in the year 2005 as a small business entity. 6. According to you, what are the most important questions a potential customer should ask a company before choosing a vendor like you?
We accept the fact that the SEO market is expanding and it is becoming more competitive with new players entering into the market. Therefore, it becomes extremely important for the customers to prepare themselves well in advance before they hire the services of any SEO company.
In this context, the customer should get first hand information about three elementary facts vis-à-vis,
(a) For how long the company has been under service of providing SEO and other allied services?
(b) Who are the clients to whom the company is providing SEO services?
(c) What stronghold does the company has in providing SEO services?
7. What are some of the myths of SEO?
Here are two most important myths that invariably rule the SEO world:
Myth 1. SEO experts are too costly. This is completely wrong. Search Engine Positioning and Optimization is not at all expensive as compared to PPC (Pay-for-Click) programs. It usually costs much less than direct mail, renting broadcast email lists.
Myth 2. Bulk Submissions would result in low website rank over the popular search engines! We may be knocked out completely when we do hundreds of submissions simultaneously.
But, our experience tells and it is true that bulk submission activity does not in anyway would lead to lowering of your website page rank. One strong reason that backs the statement is that popular search engines like Google, MSN and many more simply don’t index those web directories and/or pages that have hundreds of link texts. And even more, Google have also removed hundreds of web directories and have not even indexed them since then!
8. How do you develop your skills in this continuously changing environment?

9. What do you see as the future of the industry? What will be the challenges; do you anticipate any drastic changes?
The future of SEO industry is very bright and progressive. With scope of Internet Marketing expanding as ever, the role of SEO cannot be undermined in any way. Moreover, every product and service needs to be grown and advertised over the Internet, which has become a popular medium altogether.
However, what we feel that in times to come, it would be important to see that SEO companies adhere to genuine and serious SEO processes.
10. Where do you see your firm in the next 5 years? What about you personally?
Cignus web solutions is seemingly looking ahead to incorporate new ideas in the implementation of SEO strategies. We would find ourselves leaders of SEO smart technologies marching ahead of our competitors. I would personally opine that road ahead is full of stiff market competition, and we have to prove ourselves every second.
