What are some of the myths in your field?
Indian companies are not adequately skilled in handling large projects - is a common myth. Ironically most of the jobs procured in US, UK, Canada, and Australia are outsourced to several companies in India. Everybody knows this self contradicting myth, but it remains as a myth perhaps due to the insecurity complex of the overseas' outsourcing companies as Indian companies are much more quality conscious and cost effective.
Just a bitter truth most of the companies who are outsourcing their work in their own country does not know an INDIAN company is working on their project. The fact is the labor intensive work is being outsourced to INDIA at low cost. In that cost companies expect the quality and quantity both I don’t think that this is very well possible. It is only possible if the companies like us get the right price for our work. We are not competing with overseas companies just we would like to work with them for long term and offer best of the services which can results into growth and development of both the companies.
How do you develop your skills in this continuously changing environment?
Over the years I have closely worked in the industry and updated myself in changing environment through reading and testing online promotional strategies in our own domains.
What do you see as the future of the industry? What will be the challenges; do you anticipate and drastic changes?
Most of the mushrooming SEO companies who had plunged into the SEO business segment due to vested interest will filter out completely to leave a much wider space for the genuine companies. SEO is a continuous growing need as more and more websites will keep on emerging and rank in the search engine result pages will always remain as a concern. Perhaps the days ahead will be more thrilling as search engines will become much more rigid in assigning rank for a website. May be, the prevailing concept of link building will be more complex and new innovations have changed it completely and there will be much more focus on page optimization and external promotions through different online Medias.
Where do you see your firm in the next 5 years? What about your personality?
My dream is to make XONIK among the top 10 preferred choices of the international clients of all segments.
I am a very easy going person and very focused about my work. I like to travel, Biking and Cooking.
